1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and baca8 ("baca8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at baca8.io. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the baca8 platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino gaming, slot games, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and communications with the baca8 support team.

3 Account Registration & KYC

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold exactly one baca8 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly forbidden. Where baca8 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same person or household, all associated accounts will be closed, all balances will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled. baca8 uses a combination of identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

baca8 applies a mandatory KYC verification process to all accounts. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during the account's existence. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

baca8 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time based on operational or technical factors. baca8 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page of your baca8 account. These limits may differ by payment method and account verification status. baca8 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Standard processing times depend on the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. baca8 targets prompt processing of all withdrawal requests but does not guarantee specific processing times due to factors outside its control, including third-party payment provider processing times and bank transfer delays.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on baca8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. baca8 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider for transactions are beyond baca8's control and are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

baca8 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum deposit amount, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. baca8 actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting promotional terms through systematic low-margin betting, or using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, baca8 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, close the account, and recover any withdrawn funds derived from the abusive activity.

5.4 Welcome Bonus

A welcome deposit bonus is available to new baca8 players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Players who have previously held a baca8 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets and wagers placed on baca8 are final once confirmed. baca8 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in specific circumstances as defined in the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet selection — including the event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming placement.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on baca8 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds applicable to your wager. baca8 reserves the right to correct any odds that were offered in error due to technical fault or human error, and to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds.

6.3 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on baca8 is governed by the sport-specific cricket betting rules published on the baca8 platform. These rules address scenarios including match abandonment, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, player withdrawal, and over-reduction. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, the applicable rules and void conditions are aligned with ICC playing conditions.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

Casino and slot games on baca8 are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baca8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using a baca8 account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Opening more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity to deposit on baca8 (money laundering);
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or fulfil wagering requirements;

• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sports events offered on baca8;

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

baca8 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond baca8's control may result in temporary unavailability. baca8 will not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or damages resulting from platform downtime or service interruption.

9.2 Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baca8's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your baca8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. baca8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

9.3 Third-Party Services

baca8 uses third-party service providers for payment processing, game content, data feeds, and other operational functions. baca8 shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or error caused by a third-party service provider. Where a third-party failure directly affects a player's funds or bets, baca8 will endeavour to resolve the matter in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes in dealings with independent third parties.

9.4 Dispute Resolution

10 Amendments & Contact

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

baca8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, baca8 will provide reasonable notice to active players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the baca8 platform. Your continued use of baca8 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using baca8 and may close your account at any time.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

10.3 Entire Agreement
